Hand burned festival rancher hat.
This gorgeous hand burned rancher hat is PERFECT for a day with your favorite hoofed friend or that festival you've been planning for all year!
The design is drawn and then burned by hand with a wood burner by me. This hat has a design on the top and under the brim.
All man-made materials (polyester) with a black vegan leather band. Size is adjustable and measures approximately 23 inches at its largest.
Colors may differ some in real life due to screens and lighting.

Shipping is available to the continental USA only, please contact me if you would like a quote for Hawaii, Alaska, or an international order. All purchases will be shipped fully insured using USPS Priority services, and shipping fees are always included! Most items ship within 3 days of purchasing. You will receive a message if there is a delay. Please make sure you check the shop page for any announcements about vacations and holiday delays.
Upcoming Shipping Delays:
Orders placed June 5th through June 8th will ship on June 10th.
Orders placed June 20th through July 4th will ship on July 6th.
All other dats will ship like normal.

I got you covered! I can add in a “Congrats! You Won It!” or a special message for a friend. Just leave a message in the “Order Notes” on the checkout page, and I’ll make sure to include it! And I NEVER include billing statements in your packages, so you can rest easy.
When do you add new stuff?
I try to stock the shop with fresh pieces every 2 weeks. I don’t currently have a set day, but I do announce on Facebook before they go live in the shop.
Help! My hat won’t stay on my head!
As of May 15, 2023 each hat comes with a detachable elastic strap for light holding. If you need something more firm, you can check out my How To video on the Hats info page to see how I get stubborn hats to stay put. The headband and pins are also available as an add-on at checkout.
What is ‘Seconds Quality’?
Seconds quality is what happens when hats do not meet my standards. Sometimes it’s a new hat style I don’t like, or I just don’t like the way the material burned. Often times it’s due to my shipments getting crushed in transit and the hat not steaming perfectly back into shape. Please make sure you read the description or message me with any questions before purchasing.
Custom Pieces:
Custom and semi-custom designs are not currently available. Though, I do take suggestions for future designs (just drop a comment on one of my Facebook posts)!
Returns:
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged upon arrival. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me with in 3 days of delivery if your creation arrives with any undisclosed issues. After 3 days, I will assume everything arrived perfectly! As these hats are all one of a kind, returns are not accepted if you just don’t like it. Please ask any questions before purchasing and read all descriptions carefully (especially for seconds quality items).
